As we cautiously move out of lockdown, more and more people across the UK are starting their own businesses. As a result, our 8-week accelerator, the 5-9 Club as seen record growth and attendance. We are now working with several strategic Welsh and UK partners to allow more entrepreneurs to join our 5-9 Club family and learn to start, grow and prosper.
As a result of these exciting new partnerships, we are growing our 5-9 Club delivery team. We are now hiring a new 5-9 Club facilitator.
The responsibilities for the new job role are based on three key areas of focus:
The candidate will be passionate about helping people to overcome all barriers on their way to success with their enterprise, idea, or vocation. You will be the kind of person who leaves all cynicism at the door, and believes 100% in the vision and dedication of the person who is opening their heart and sharing their idea with you. You will be driven to connect them to the best people across the world who will help them to get to where they want to be faster, leaner, and in the most successful way.
Your HQ will be the ICE Campus in Caerphilly, but this role will facilitate national campaigns, as a result we welcome applications from candidates who would prefer to work from home. We will also consider job shares or applications on a freelancer basis. We welcome applications from all over the UK.

There is no traditional career path to this role, and no pre-requisite qualifications, you may have been involved in enterprise support, you may have trained in hospitality, you may have been a beekeeper since you were 14, but attitude is key for us. If you are willing to think as an entrepreneur thinks, you are already at an advantage.
The salary for this post will be between £20,000 – £25,000 dependant on experience and the role is a full-time position, some evening work will be required.
