ICE is looking for a new Digital Marketing Assistant

The exciting opportunity has come up to join the ICE team. We are currently recruiting for, not one, but two new positions in the organisation.

Both roles are headquartered at our Campus in Caerphilly but may require some travel and occasional working from home.
Digital Marketing Assistant
Are you a digital marketing whizz? Do you how to engage and gather a following online? Know how to convert curiosity into a sale? We need you. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will be focused on theses three key areas.
You will help to share the amazing stories that our community produces across the land. You will use these stories to entice people to join our online services. You will be focused on the commercial objectives of the organisation and be obsessed with turning our followers into paying members. Some of the skills and traits we are looking for are.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Fantastic eye for detail and standards.
- Good organisational skills.
- Excellent digital skills, including SAAS marketing.
- Interest or knowledge of SEO and PPC advertising.
- Interest or knowledge of Adobe design packages.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Welsh speaker (not essential)
This role is for an immediate start and it a permanent role. This role is full time (37.5 hours a week). ICE offers good holiday schemes, an incredible working environment and the opportunity to grow and learn on a daily basis. The salary for this role is between £18,000 and £22,000 p/a
