We are delighted to announce that TWO of our ICE members have been named winners at the Caerphilly Business Forum Awards!
Director of Codez Academy / Creative Pod, Dean Jenkins was named Entrepreneur of the Year, whilst it was second time lucky for Bomper Studio who walked away with the Innovation Award!
Speaking after the ceremony, Dean Jenkins said:
“It’s great to be recognised for such an achievement after suffering from dyslexia and struggling in school when I was younger. One of my biggest motivations for the way I structured my courses was to really engage my students and show them that learning doesn’t have to be academic and strict; it can be hands-on and fun. I think my spin on teaching would have helped me immensely in school and it’s great to see that it has been recognised!”

Bomper Studio Creative Director, Emlyn Davies was out of the country at the time of the ceremony but said:
“We’re extremely proud of winning the CBF Innovation award and being recognised locally for our global work. Its the first award for us and hopefully many more to come”
