This prestigious accolade recognizes Welsh ICE&#8217;s commitment to providing exceptional business support and resources to young people, and highlights the company&#8217;s dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for its members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Quality Mark is awarded to organisations that demonstrate a high level of competence and commitment to supporting young people in the workplace. Welsh ICE was evaluated on a number of criteria, including their approach to developing and delivering high-quality training and development programs, as well as their ability to create a safe and supportive environment for young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andrew Borsden, Development Officer for the Quality Mark at the Education Workforce Council (EWC) said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThroughout their assessment, the team at ICE demonstrated their commitment to delivering high quality youth work provision. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our members, partners, and the wider Welsh ICE community for their ongoing support and commitment to our mission.\u201d<\/p>\n<cite>rachel harris, community manager <\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>This month, Welsh ICE is launching their next cohort of the 5-9 Club, a fully accredited after hours business course for individuals aged 16-24 based in and around Blaenau Gwent.
