We\u2019re looking for someone brilliant to help us grow Welsh ICE\u2019s mission by building long-term, values-aligned partnerships with businesses and organisations that care about community investment, entrepreneurship, and regeneration.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a senior role with no direct line management responsibility, but plenty of influence. You\u2019ll lead the development and delivery of our ICE Academy sales pipeline \u2013 connecting our highly celebrated business development programmes (like the 5-9 Club) with partners who want to invest in place-based economic growth and inclusive entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s not your typical sales role. This is about building trust, sharing our impact, and creating strategic, long-term relationships.

\ud83d\udccd Location: <\/strong>Caerphilly\/Hybrid (with travel to other locations)
\ud83d\udd52 Contract:<\/strong> Permanent
\ud83d\udcb0 Salary:<\/strong> \u00a330,000 base + commission (expected OTE: \u00a339,000 with uncapped potential)
\ud83c\udf08 Hours: <\/strong>Full-time, 37.5 hours per week \u2013 with flexibility baked in.
\ud83d\udcc5 Start Date:<\/strong> As soon as possible<\/p>\n\n\n\n
