They say that Christmas is the season of giving, so we wanted to do something to highlight the great work being done at this time of year.
This December we’ll be showcasing a different charity on our blog and across our social networks every day leading up to Christmas.
CEO, Gareth Jones came up with the idea and said:
“We wanted to do something to raise awareness of some of the great charities and causes during this important time of the year. During December we give more than any other time of the year, so if we can give our channels to organisations that people might not otherwise be aware of, it feels like the least we could do.”
To do this, we reached out to our ICE community to nominate the charities close to their hearts and were overwhelmed by the love, support and involvement our members already have in a range of different local and national charities.
We’ve got some great organisations coming up over the next few weeks and still have a few spaces to fill. All we need from you (or the charity) is a 500 word blog and some accompanying tweets to be sent in.
