New ICE member and tech startup ProfitSourcery is an online market intelligence tool that searches through millions of products from online stores and provides its members with a list of items that they can sell for a profit on Amazon.

The first to market in the UK, the tech start up sources products that provide between 30 and 75% profit after all fees.

Traditionally, those selling on Amazon have had to spend days, if not months, researching products that will make them money. Amazon offers great value and this makes it difficult to source products that can sell for a significant margin after seller’s fees have been removed.

ProfitSourcery takes the time and effort out of this process. It provides its members with an easy to use dashboard of bespoke products to select from and links them to the retailers so that they can buy their stock directly.

ProfitSourcery is the brainchild of entrepreneur, Ed Brooks, who has worked in product innovation for some of the worlds’ biggest tech companies.

“ProfitSourcery has been almost two years in the making. Our team of talented developers and coders have worked relentlessly to bring our system to market and we are proud to be the first market intelligence tool of our kind in the UK.

“A lot of people don’t realise they can sell on Amazon, but more than 40% of all products sold on the world’s biggest e-commerce site are supplied by individual traders and businesses rather than Amazon itself. One of the main reasons we created ProfitSourcery was because we realised how easy the Fulfilment By Amazon (FBA) service made it to sell products and make money online.

“It’s a great opportunity for anyone to really make an additional income stream from the comfort of their own home. Our system and training support can help anyone set up an Amazon store.

“It sounds too good to be true but it’s based on a very simple idea – comparing big data sets. Everyone talks about big data and this is a perfect example of how people can benefit from actionable intelligence generated from big data techniques.

“We have a robust selection process that helps ensure that the lists of products make a substantial profit after seller’s fees. Only one in every 1000 products that we search meets the criteria.”

Those wanting to try the system out can do so using ProfitSourcery’s seven day free trial. The starter package at £17 per month gives you access to 75 new products each month, as well as full access to training and support. Those who want to make a much bigger profit and access 250 products a month can sign up to the merchant account that costs £77 per month. Product lists are refreshed daily with ten new opportunities (merchant tier).
