Green Lady Media was established to produce video, stills, audio and written content to help organisations and individuals tell their stories and make their voices heard.
With over 20 years’ experience of print, broadcast and online storytelling, 17 years at the BBC, Rachel MacManus is a qualified trainer and can deliver shoot and edit courses on smartphones and tablets for clients to produce their own films, or work with a brief to deliver on-message, engaging films and PR packages for distribution to cross-platform media outlets, ensuring you get the coverage you want.
An investigative journalist, television and radio producer, director, and writer, Rachel is passionate about portraying diverse perspectives and helping people find their own authentic voice.
She delivers scriptwriting and filmmaking courses through The Arts Council of Wales Lead Creative Scheme and manages PR and Comms for clients in the charity and business sectors.
Having worked across news, observational documentary, factual, current affairs and consumer programmes at the BBC, Rachel can provide bespoke media training and support, including crisis management, for businesses, individuals and organisations.
Green Lady Media specialises in short-form viral videos; micro-documentaries which shine a light on the people and processes which make a company, charity or group unique and memorable.
We provide support to make our films accessible and shareable on social media platforms for the widest possible reach to the right audiences. With video testimonials increasingly used to support funding bids by businesses and third sector organisations, to illustrate what goes on behind the scenes in an industry or manufacturing process, or to introduce key members of your team in our personnel profiles, our approach is calm, professional and accessible. We bring a wealth of experience to ensure contributors are put at ease and the message delivered is right for your organisation.
