Our Process
We want to work closely with you to ensure we draw out as much experience and knowledge as we can from the whole organisation. We are committed to sharing with you the best practice from across the sector.

We want to use our knowledge and experience to maximise your capacity, and ultimately grow your impact. We want to be the first stop for charities to grow and thrive.

We are a young, agile team and we are different because we have a firm understanding of how millennials and Generation Z feel about the charity sector.

Our Ways of Working
We work in two different ways, in order to support your organisation:-

We work with you as an advisor, sharing with you the best practice we have learnt from the sector, and thinking of unique ways of improving your organisation.

We also work as a facilitator, in order to help you draw out opinions and feedback from staff across your organisation, challenge your policies and processes, and then use this to help you draw up your own action plan.

In both cases, we aim to work as a ‘Critical Friend’, providing you with the insight, research and knowledge you need in order to move your organisation forward.

We work in partnership with you, and are dynamic and responsive to your needs. We start from where you are and aim to help you to achieve your organisation’s goals and ambitions.
