Prior to joining ICE Tom had spent the past few years developing a National Lottery-funded youth enterprise project. There he established a youth provision and connections to many local schools, both primary and secondary.

In this role, he focused on educating young people about enterprise and how they could truly make self-employment a reality. He even helped several youth-led projects become trading entities.

Tom also brings the added value of being a qualified youth worker and supports with a local provision, he’s certainly no stranger to working with young people. Profession aside, Tom is a footwear fanatic who’s all about crazy socks and stylish trainers, if you’re ever stuck on what to buy… He’s here for you!
