Performance Physiotherapy was established in Pontypridd in 2003 and have been providing high quality Physiotherapy services to individuals and organisations across South Wales ever since. We move into our 2nd clinic at Caerphilly Business Park in July 2023 due to increased demand for our services in the last few years.

From back pain to shoulder pain, sports injuries to whiplash, our team of Physiotherapists can help. We offer expert assessment, treatment and rehabilitation from acute injury back to full function, whatever your age or level of activity.

In addition to our clinic based work we also provide Occupational Health Physiotherapy services to a number of local organisations, we can provide DSE/work station assessments and we also provide services to local health boards/GP Practices.
