Shoffice Comms is a communications consultancy with a twist! Founder Rebecca Crosby is on a mission to create kind workplaces. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and has spent over 20 years leading internal communication and embedding change at some of the UK’s biggest institutions including the BBC and Transport for London.
Rebecca runs workshops for managers and teams on her KIND model of employee engagement. As well as general PR and communications advice, she also offers 1:1 coaching and consultancy for people managers and senior leaders who want to overcome their imposter syndrome to achieve results while gaining the respect and trust of their team.
