Verify your identity with ease, approved by Companies House
As a registered Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), Welsh ICE can complete your Anti-Money Laundering (AML) check and verify your identity directly with Companies House.
Once verified, you’ll receive a unique personal code from Companies House, tied to you personally, not your company or employer.
This service is ideal if you are:
- A director or equivalent (members, general partners, managing officers)
- A director of an overseas company registered in the UK
- A person with significant control (PSC)
- Filing for a company as a company secretary or authorised agent
In most cases, you only need to verify your identity once. Only verify again if instructed by Companies House.
