Workplace Culture: Building Strong Teams from the Start
The culture of a team doesn’t happen by accident — it’s shaped by the behaviours, values and conversations that happen every day.
This interactive workshop is designed for people who are starting to build or lead a team and want to create a positive, supportive and high-performing environment from the beginning.
Drawing on over 20 years’ experience in HR, organisational development and executive coaching, Donna Gilbert will take you through this session and will explore the practical foundations of healthy workplace cultures and the role leaders play in shaping them.
In this session we will:
• Explore what workplace culture really means in a team setting
• Identify the behaviours that build trust, belonging and motivation
• Reflect on leadership style, communication and expectations
• Learn practical tools to help create a positive team culture from day one
Expect a practical, engaging and reflective session with space to think about how you want your team to feel, work and grow together.
Ideal for new leaders, emerging managers, founders, and anyone beginning to develop a team.
