✅ Digitally savvy and experienced with platforms like social media schedulers, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, and CMS tools.
✅ Organised and methodical: you can juggle multiple projects and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
✅ Curious and creative: you spot trends, try new ideas, and love experimenting with content.
✅ Interest or knowledge in SEO, PPC, or digital advertising would be a bonus.
✅ A collaborative team player who brings positive energy and a flexible, can-do attitude.
✅ Passion for community and inclusive business support, whether you’re based in Caerphilly or working remotely.
✅ Welsh language skills would be a great bonus (but not essential).
