JZM Works is a Wales-based advisory and support consultancy working with charities, social enterprises, CICs and small mission-led organisations. We provide practical, hands-on support to senior leaders, boards and founders to help them operate effectively, remain compliant, and grow sustainably.

Our work spans governance and board support, policy and compliance development, strategic and operational planning, project and change management, and executive-level support for CEOs and senior managers. We specialise in taking complex, time-consuming or often-deferred tasks and turning them into clear, workable systems that enable organisations to focus on delivery and impact.

JZM Works is led by an experienced charity CEO with a strong track record in organisational growth, income diversification, partnership working and system leadership across housing, health, social care and the VCSE sector. We combine strategic insight with practical delivery, acting as a trusted advisor and extension of our clients’ leadership teams.
The business is growing through a mix of retained advisory support, project-based commissions and training/facilitation, with a clear ambition to scale services across Wales and build a sustainable consultancy that strengthens the resilience and effectiveness of the social-purpose sector.
