Starting a business alone can be a lonely process. Without like-minded people to bounce ideas off or ask for help, it’s easy to feel isolated. That’s why we created a place where anyone starting up can connect with fellow entrepreneurs in a friendly, creative environment.
This collaborative approach has been carefully cultivated to help our members prosper through regular networking, coworking activities, accessible advice, and affordable support.
We seek to make entrepreneurship a real choice for school leavers, graduates, the unemployed, those looking to pivot, and anyone who wants to turn their passion into a business.

who are we?
Welsh ICE is a hub for startups, freelancers, remote workers, established businesses and everything in between. Anyone passionate about enterprise can thrive here, supported by experienced mentors and access to the resources new businesses need.
Since 2012, we’ve supported over 1,000 businesses and built an incredible network of experts across a wide range of industries.
Many of our members start out working from home and soon feel the isolation that comes with running a business alone. Welsh ICE offers a warm, vibrant, innovative, and creative environment where members collaborate, share resources, and develop ideas that would have been impossible on their own.
