Aûtentic
Aûtentic is autistic-owned and autistic-led with experience and expertise since 2014. We are experts in providing CPD-accredited training, as well as consultancy and resource development, to organisations that are working towards becoming autism and neurodivergent-affirming.
Since joining Welsh ICE, they have:
- Assessed and reported on environments and trained key staff in Cardiff Council Hubs and Libraries on how to be more neurodivergent affirming, as the first phase of Cardiff's Neurodivergent-Friendly City Scheme
- Developed volunteer briefing resources for Newport's BIG SPLASH festival 2025 - on how to support neurodivergent children, young people, adults and their families visiting the festival
- Presented at The Neurodiversity Show 2025 in Cardiff on the topic 'Can we universally design to be neurodivergent-affirming?' - based on Aûtentic's website's free resources for employers and organisations
