Aûtentic is autistic owned and autistic led with experience and expertise spanning 12 years. We are experts in providing tailored consultancy, resources, training and speaking services with the aim of educating and empowering, so that autistic people can thrive in all aspects of life. We deliver practical assessments and solutions to organisations, and resources for autistic individuals and allies.

We are experts in autism and don’t provide in-depth, specialist, stand-alone advice or training for other neurodivergent (ND) conditions such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, dyspraxia, ADHD, Tourette Syndrome, Chronic mental health conditions, or aquired nuerodivergence. However it is relatively rare to just be autistic and have no other neurodivergent conditions. We do provide introductory information and advice on how other neurodivergent conditions may weave into autistic strengths and the possible difficulties, and offer simple advice on helpful adjustments along with signposting to specialist organisations. We do focus a little more in-depth on the dual presentation of autism and ADHD (AuDHD) as it is quote common for autistic individals to also have ADHD but it is not always recognised as being present.

We have significant experience of helping a wide variety of organisations, for example in the public and private sector, large corporates and small start-up businesses, healthcare professionals, mental health professionals and charities, careers professionals, support workers, volunteer and community organisations, arts, music, creative, and many other industries.
