It runs for 8 weeks, with evening and day options, so it fits around how you run your business now. Each week brings expert insight, practical learning, and the chance to showcase your progress to the group.
What will this programme cover?
You’ll work through the real challenges of growth, from scaling your business to sharpening your leadership skills. Along the way, you’ll get input from people who’ve been through it, plus a launchpad to take what you learn straight back into your business.

It was so much more than I expected. It really helped me clarify so many things: who my client is, how to communicate with them, all the business-related ‘back of house’ things. I feel like this course really helped for all the scattered things to come together. I feel I know what I need to do now. It also helped me overcome some blocks that were preventing me from moving forward with some things, especially in relations to marketing. The whole programme is very comprehensive.
The whole community is brilliant. Everyone’s really dedicated, knowledgeable and are genuinely rooting for you. Another thing I really loved was that it isn’t the ‘traditional’ suited, booted and uptight kind of people but very down-to-earth, easy going and approachable. I felt like I fit right in.

The 5-9 club is an absolutely fantastic course for people starting a new business. Each of the 8 weeks different speakers come in to talk about different topic areas. They provide exactly what you need to know and how to go about it, everything was so relevant and useful. You get the recording and slides each week, so you can go back through it at a later date. The speakers and Welsh ICE staff are fab, as were the location and environment.
I cannot recommend this highly enough. I was a bit gutted as I couldn’t get to do my pitch, and attend the night out at the end due to being on holidays, so may attend again!
