How many people does your meeting room seat?

Up to 14 around the table. For larger groups, talk to us about using the room alongside our breakout space.

Can the room be set up in different layouts?

Yes. Tell us what you need and we’ll set it up ahead of your arrival: theatre style, U shape, classroom, boardroom or hollow square.

Can I hire the meeting room for just one hour?

Yes, and you don’t even need the full hour. Bookings start from just half an hour and run up to a full day.

Is there free parking at your Caerphilly meeting room?

Yes, free on site parking for you and your guests.

Do you offer catering?

Tea and coffee is available as an add on at £2.50 per person. We don’t run catering ourselves, but food and drink can be preordered from a neighbouring café on request, and you’re also welcome to bring in external catering. Just let reception know when you book.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 48 hours ahead and there’s no charge. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your booking are charged at half rate, and anything cancelled within 24 hours is charged in full.

What happens if I’m running late?

We hold your booking for 30 minutes before the room can be given to someone else, so just let reception know if you’re delayed.

Do I need to be a member to book?

No. Anyone can book. Members simply pay a third less, and if you’re in your first 18 months of trading, ICE Start may make membership cheaper than you’d expect.
