About the Speaker:
Catrin is a HR Consultant for Fig Tree HR. Her expertise lies in providing HR and recruitment support to start-ups and small businesses, helping them navigate the complexities of managing their workforce and ensuring a positive workplace culture. Her work is aimed at making HR strategies accessible to smaller businesses.
Catrin has a master’s degree in human resource management and over 25 years of experience in the profession. Catrin has had a varied career working for the charity, public and private sectors within the UK. Catrin spent 10 years working abroad for a software development firm, specializing in EU and international employment law and compliance before returning to Wales in 2023.
