We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive freelancer to join us at Welsh ICE as a Business Support Co-Facilitator for the Pen Y Cymoedd Business Growth Accelerator Programme! 🚀

This role is based in RCT and offers an exciting opportunity to support and uplift businesses in the area while working alongside our brilliant lead facilitator and CEO, Lesley Williams.

What’s the role about?

As a Business Support Co-Facilitator, you’ll be supporting the ICE Academy team with:

  • Admin Assistance – helping keep everything on track and running smoothly.
  • 121 Business Support – working directly with new and existing business owners to guide and empower them.
  • Community Outreach – supporting the delivery of initiatives focused on uplifting RCT communities.

This is a 10-week freelance contract, 10 hours per week, starting on 28th January 2024, with ÂŁ20/hour pay (ÂŁ2,000 for the 10-week project). There’s also the potential for more opportunities in the future – and even a full-time role – so if you’re the right fit, exciting possibilities lie ahead!

Who are we looking for?

You’ll be perfect for this role if you’re:
✨ Well connected in the RCT area and passionate about creating a positive impact in your community.
✨ Organised, proactive, and great at keeping on top of admin.
✨ Confident offering 121 business support, with an interest in areas like branding, marketing, sales, or finance – maybe even delivering a workshop on a key discipline!
