Blaenau Gwent Young Entrepreneurs Get Set to Launch with The 5-9 Club
Young entrepreneurs in Blaenau Gwent and surrounding areas now have a unique opportunity to bring their business ideas to life with The 5-9 Club. This 8-week after-hours course provides the essential knowledge and support required to make a business successful.
The course, which runs every Wednesday from 5pm to 9pm, will be taught by industry experts and like-minded individuals in a supportive and fun environment. It covers all the fundamental areas of starting a business, including idea generation, sales, marketing, branding, putting your business online, business planning, and pitching your idea. Additionally, participants will receive essential funding and legal advice.
In the final week, all participants will be invited to share their ideas with experts, gaining valuable industry insight, professional contacts, and positive feedback to help guide them on their entrepreneurial journey.
Community Entrepreneurship Developer, Hope Weyman is heading up the course and said:

The 5-9 Club starts on 22nd February 2023 and is open to individuals aged 16-24 with a business idea who live or work in Blaenau Gwent and surrounding areas. The course will be held both online and in-person at Coleg Gwent, Blaenau Gwent Learning Zone, Ebbw Vale, Lime Ave, NP23 6GL
