Lesley Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of Welsh ICE, where she leads the organisation’s vision to build resilient entrepreneurial communities across Wales.

Passionate about inclusive entrepreneurship and meaningful economic change, Lesley believes business support should do more than help people start businesses. For her, it should build confidence, create opportunity, strengthen communities and help people see what’s possible for themselves.

As Chief Executive, Lesley has helped shape Welsh ICE’s direction, partnerships and impact, championing a more accessible, community-led approach to enterprise support. She is particularly driven by creating opportunities in places and for people too often overlooked, and by making sure entrepreneurship feels relevant, realistic and genuinely life changing.
